Personal information means any information relating to an identifiable living person or existing legal entity. We collect personal information directly from you through purchase orders, credit applications, contracts, invoices, and other business transactions. For clients, we collect business details, contact information, banking details, and identification information. For suppliers and service providers, we collect business registration details, banking information, and contact details.

We only process this information with your explicit consent, when legally required, for exercising legal rights, for certain research purposes, or when you have made the information public.
We use your information for invoicing, processing debit orders, service delivery, contacting you, audit and record keeping. We collect business details, registration numbers, VAT numbers, banking details, contact information, physical and postal addresses, and email addresses as necessary for our business operations.
We may share your information with third-party service providers including auditors, IT service providers, delivery service providers, regulatory bodies, law enforcement agents, and government agencies. We may also share information when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights and safety. We do not share information across borders.
You have the right to: request access to your information; change or correct inaccurate information; request deletion of information; object to processing based on legitimate interest; retract consent; and request restriction of processing. We retain your information while providing services or where legally obligated, and some information is kept after our relationship terminates for legal compliance and security purposes.
